What does this mean?

How does SyncHive handle it?
The message is not saved to the SyncHive data store and becomes a stuck message.
When does this happen and what can I do about it?
This error can result from one of the following issues:
-
Invalid properties – The record contains one or more properties not defined in the shape configured in SyncHive.
To resolve this: review the stuck message contents against the associated entity and shape configuration in SyncHive. Correct the properties, then retry the stuck message.
-
Missing identifier – The record is missing one of the following identifiers: Hive ID, external ID, or an alternate ID.
To resolve this: connectors must include at least one valid identifier in the inbound message. The connector will need to be updated accordingly.
-
Invalid Hive ID – The record contains one or more Hive IDs that are incorrectly formatted.
To resolve this: review the stuck message contents and correct any invalid Hive IDs. Hive IDs must conform to the expected format. Once corrected, retry the stuck message.
