Dashboard

The SyncHive Dashboard is your central hub for understanding the current health of your SyncHive instance. It provides a real-time picture of activity across all connected systems, helping you spot issues, track progress, and investigate specific messages when something needs attention.

Your integrations are displayed as interactive tiles. Each tile provides a snapshot of its live state or historical performance.

Live View

Displays the following metrics:

  • Count of messages that are currently:

    • processing
    • stuck (couldn't be synced automatically and require manual intervention)
    • waiting for automatic retry attempts after a delivery failure
  • The integration’s syncing status:

    • In Sync - all messages were successful
    • Out of Sync - one or more messages are stuck
    • Retry Pending - one or more messages are waiting for automatic retry
  • A snapshot of the processing behaviour - Last 6 hour activity graph

Historical View

The Historical View helps you understand what happened over time. It includes:

  • Failed message counts
  • Successful message counts
  • Success rates
  • Trend graphs over time - last 24hrs, last 3 or 7 days

This view is useful for reporting, understanding long-term performance, and spotting patterns that may require attention.

You can move from a high-level view to detailed records by clicking any metric, such as FailedOut of Sync, or Retry Pending, which opens the relevant message tracking screen. For example, from the dashboard main view, you can drill down to:

  • Identify specific records that are stuck or retry-pending

  • Navigate to Locate Message or Logging for message-level detail

If you click the integration name, you’ll be taken to that integration’s shapes, allowing you to further narrow the metrics and investigate activity for each shape individually.
