1003E: Duplicate data ID

What does this mean?

Error code 1003E: "Duplicate data ID" indicates that one of the data IDs contained in the inbound message is already in use by another record in the SyncHive data store.

How does SyncHive handle it?

The message is not saved to the SyncHive data store and becomes a stuck message.

When does this happen and what can I do about it?

This error typically occurs when a Connector publishes a message with a data ID that already exists in another record in SyncHive. To resolve this issue, locate the message in Stuck Messages and identify the reason for the duplicate ID.
