1003E: Duplicate data ID
What does this mean?
Error code 1003E: "Duplicate data ID" indicates that an inbound message resolved to more than one record in SyncHive.
How does SyncHive handle it?
The message is not saved to the SyncHive data store and becomes a stuck message.
When does this happen and what can I do about it?
This happens when a connector incorrectly maps identifiers to a message, causing it to match multiple records. Each message must resolve to exactly one record. The connector will need to be updated to resolve the issue.
