1000W: Could not save data
What does this mean?
The 1000W: "Could not save data" error signifies that SyncHive encountered an issue preventing data from being saved. This can be due to:
- Intermittent network connectivity issues.
- Maintenance or restarts of the SyncHive data storage services.
These causes are typically temporary and may be automatically resolved by SyncHive during subsequent retries.
How does SyncHive handle it?
SyncHive automatically tries to save the data again for up to 48 hours at set intervals, aiming to mitigate any temporary issues. This retry mechanism is designed to ensure data is saved without requiring immediate user intervention.
When does this happen and what can I do about it?
This error usually resolves itself. However, if you notice the error persists for more than 48 hours, resulting in a dead-lettered message, it's advisable to contact SyncHive support. Doing so allows our team to investigate and address the issue directly.
