Troubleshooting
Here you'll find SyncHive error and warning event codes, along with information about their causes and recommended resolutions.
When SyncHive encounters an issue, it records an event with a unique event code. Use that code to find the relevant troubleshooting article below.
Warnings and Errors
Event codes ending in W are warnings. These usually indicate temporary issues and are often retried automatically.
Event codes ending in E are errors. These indicate that SyncHive could not process the message successfully and may require manual action.
Logs
Additional information about events and processing issues can be found in SyncHive log messages.
Log messages are available in the SyncHive application under:
Operate -> Logging
Logs can be viewed at integration level or hive level, depending on what you are troubleshooting.
Example Issues
Q: I receive a 401 Unauthorized error when publishing data to SyncHive
Check the integration registration and authentication configuration.
Q: My integration is not receiving data from SyncHive
Check the relevant event codes and log messages for the integration.
Q: I receive a successful response when publishing data, but the data does not appear in SyncHive
A successful response means SyncHive accepted the request. It does not necessarily mean the data was processed successfully. Check the relevant event codes and log messages for more information.
