Delete User Account

You can permanently delete your SyncHive account. Before you confirm the deletion, SyncHive shows how it will affect each of your workspaces.

Impact on Your Workspaces​

  • If another active administrator remains in a workspace, the workspace and its hives are retained.
  • If you are the only active administrator of a workspace, the workspace and all its hives are permanently deleted:
    • Other workspace users will also lose access.
    • Unused tokens belonging to a deleted workspace are permanently lost and cannot be transferred or recovered.

Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and cannot be undone. Any workspaces, hives, and data identified for deletion cannot be recovered.

After Deletion​

  • You are signed out and can no longer access the deleted account.
  • A confirmation email summarizing the deletion is sent to your email address.
  • You can create a new account using the same email address, but this does not restore the deleted account or any deleted data.
