User Profile & Authentication
Your account is the identity SyncHive uses to recognize you across workspaces and hives. It stores your profile information and authentication settings and determines which workspaces you can access.
You can access your account at any time from the profile menu in the upper-right corner of the SyncHive interface by selecting Manage your Account.
Profile Information
Your account stores the following profile information:
- First name
- Last name
- Primary email address
The primary email address is used for account-related communication and is associated with your sign-in identity.
Authentication
Authentication settings are managed from the same account page.
Changing Your Password
If you use a SyncHive-managed account, you can change your password to update the credentials used to sign in.
Multi-Factor Authentication
For additional security, you can enable Multi-Factor Authentication using an authenticator application.
When MFA is enabled, signing in requires both your password and a verification code generated by your authenticator app.
This helps protect your account even if your password becomes compromised.
To enable MFA, select Set up authenticator app and follow the configuration steps.
